There needs to be better communication as well as more staffing in the stores.

For the amount of work expected of us, we are not paid much more than minimum wage. If the pay was better, we would attract better workers, and increase loyalty.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There needs to be better enforcement of break times, and more people on staff to cover breaks, as well as being able to take a breath at work. We are not robots.
