Sense of humor, kindness, and they recognize and appreciate fellow associates that have a strong work ethic! These statements are true of peers on the team, but sadly not the leads or managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Associates share a common grievance about the work environment which is understaffed at all levels. Since all staff share a common negative, this has also resulted in a bond which is a positive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Customer service and helping each customer that I encounter to be 'glad that they came into Macy's'. I enjoy making connections with shoppers and providing an experience that is enjoyable and the customer feels valued.
