I am always happy to help a guest find the perfect outfit and helping them find the best look that would suit them best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my department we work very hard and do a lot of lifting. The levels of expertise that are shown each day to our customers excels beyond what we make.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all know each other very well. When one of us doesn’t feel well we’re there for each other and if someone needs to take our shift we do so for them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are constantly learning about new brands and items that we are bringing into the store. If you want to excel in fashion or marketing you can learn it working at Macy’s.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very kind and honest people. Will go out on a limb for you and try to help you earn more money by getting you more hours and trying their best to help you.
