My boss who is the RTM is just an all around amazing guy who unfortunately over works himself too much to meet goals...
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
What's wrong is, I'm not paid enough for the hard work I do unloading trucks on the dock. It's the most physical demanding role in the store! After 3years I make $9.75 hourly & feel that & $15.00 hourly would be more adequate!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need better & more communication from all levels of management in the store & from the district & regional teams! They need to see, talk & interact with everyone in all levels of the company to show that they care about their workers & employees!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I'm undervalued because working on the dock & unloading trucks is the most physical demanding role in the store!, & for that fact I would feel better about my compensation if we were paid a lot more hourly. After 3years I make $9.75 hourly & feel that $15.00 hourly would be more adequate
