Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Vacation days or at least a concrete PTO policy because I do not understand ours.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

There really is no interview everyone that comes in gets a job offer. No one even bothers to wear nice clothes.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Seasonal associates are the worst they are lazy, messy, and do not care. The warehouse is covered in trash now and all the work is cluttered. Seasonal associates need to be vetted and drug tested.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Trying to do the work they are pushing. They push everyone to get the same high numbers and then have some people do the more complicated tasks that take more time and chastise you when you don't have as high of numbers. It makes employees competitive. They stop working as a team and start arguing.
