My experience is mostly positive however, the business needs to hire people who are professionals in the field they are hired into. An example of this is: Just because you are good at folding shirts doesn't mean that you will be good at writing content training people how to fold shirts.

When I get the opportunity to create compelling and innovative designs that will engage our colleagues in unique ways to allow them to grow and learn in their positions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to remember that they hired professionals in their respective fields to do the jobs they were hired to do. They have the opportunity to re-invent the way colleagues grow and learn but instead, keep adding bandaid on top of bandaid to the antiquated learning strategy.
