Learning to effectively communicate without being condescending. Showing more appreciation for hourly employees

There should not be so much pressure to do certain things and when sales are constantly growing, employees pay should reflect that

Be more willing to help people who are still learning and learn that people work at different paces and can accomplish the same things in different ways
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is awful and in the morning we have to work in the dark. There have not been any raises in two years and the union is not effective on vouching on our behalf. Higher wage salary is needed especially when opportunities for growth are limited and growth is slow.
