I think that there is room for improvement and the work needs to put in by management to make the situation better.

It simply feels like intense labor with compensation that just gets you by.

We could work better if we focus on the actual work more and not conversing amongst each other.

I feel undervalued because I work hard and my pay/benefits do not reflect that. I would feel better about my compensation if I was given a higher wage.
