I have enjoyed meeting diverse employees and learning about different cultures. I have also enjoyed the beautiful displays on the floors, not forgetting my favorite part which shopping when there are sales. I really questioned how the company values front-line employees. Some rude comments were made
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although i work part-time and i am aware certain benefits aren't available to part-time employees, there should be an equal benefit opportunity for all to retain hardworking employees even in a part-time position.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers find what they need or being able to take on projects myself when things are slow. I prefer to work with no too much distractions or unnecessary prolong conversations that makes me tired.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most teammates take pride in contributing to make the workplace a success. Most people enjoy their tasks as well their responsibilities. Every team seems to or try understand how everyone works and accommodates the personalities around
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive environment to me is knowing why i am at work and enjoy doing what brings me happiness and fulfillment. Even though not everyone vibes positive attitudes, i tend to enjoy the routine i have formed that brings me joy and fulfillment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Although that was five years ago, the interview had no race questions, age, or religions attributes. The questions were centered around scenarios of how i would handle customer related issues. My work experience was probed and reasons why i wanted to work in the company.
