I work as a part time sales associate and I have found that although the pay isn't on par with other retailers with a similar budget, it is a great environment if you're lucky enough to work at a location with fair supervisors.

Depending on which location you work, some of the locations are positive and encouraging.

Some of the supervisors are fair and do everything possible to help employees and customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am fortunate enough to have team players as coworkers, but other locations aren't so lucky.
