The customers and a few other coworkers.
Actually listening to the complaints and concerns of associates
Being able to effectively help people with their time in the store.
Super relaxed, didn't expect much. The interview process is not thorough and you WILL not know what you need to do by the time you have to be on the floor but they know this and it's okay (until you get in trouble for it).
They need to learn we aren't fighting each other for sales, we can help each other. Maybe instead of going after customers constantly, we work with one or two at a time and stay occupied with that instead of trying to take more customers while helping 4 already.
Commission pay starts at $9...not more not less. If I have a slow day which most days are I can only make the $9 base pay which isn't enough to actually live off of. Many workers do not do their stationed jobs but will call the managers on you if you don't do your own.
