The entire company culture needs an overhaul. Customer service focus and retraining are paramount to making the entire macys experience improve for the better. They don't even follow their own written mission, and vision on customer service. Employees are devalued.
Undervalued is an understatement. They pay new employees more than 10 year colleagues. Equity is absent from the payscale. Pay your employees a livable wage and increases annually of twenty-five cents are unacceptable. Ir doesn't keep up with the cost of living. Disrespectful & Unfair.
