We all get along and do the beat we can with good communication and are not expected to take eachothers extra workload because some have disabilaties.

I am a team player and have the maturity experience, kills and degrees to get along with everyone except untrained managers that lack training and human relations skills at otay ranch, chula vista ca.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Fire all managers and hire ones that actually have customer service skills. Not condescending bullies, that get away in treating veteran employees like trash. Most lack communications skills and are lazy leave sales associates alone on major sales days with up to 15 customers.
