I'd feel better about compensation if there were a plan for raises in place. We work well beyond our job titles here, and a 5-10% bump annually isn't too much to ask for.

There's life outside of work. When duty calls, job performance is what matters, but otherwise, I'm free to schedule my day as I see fit and am given ample free time and PTO to take care of personal matters and enjoy a life outside the office.
