I love how effortless the culture is. No one is throwing mandatory team bondings on your calendar, because we are already close! It's easy to be yourself when Medallia encourages you to bring your whole self to work.

Seeing the opportunity for growth with clear expectations, there aren't any guessing games. My peers and management want to see me succeed. As a woman of color, its exciting to feel at home with an organization. A sense of belonging.
