Since day 1, I felt very welcome. The onboarding process was fast paced, with almost no hiccups. So far, the only thing I notice that needs some improvement is day-by-day communication.

Very flexible plan with opportunities to earn more if I perform well. It's based on merit and effort, so everybody pinch in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They clearly understand the value of people and the company drinks it's own champagne, meaning, we are constantly giving and receiving feedback to improve ourselves.

I think our new CPO will be fantastic and some internal promotions like Tim Durenlau and Michael Mallet were key to help us with our company objectives.

When I have the opportunity to work on a project that I can see true impact for the business and also helps me to learn something new.

I think we embrace our own feedback culture and everybody is trying to help you to do your job better. Receiving promptly feedback about the quality of my work helps me to stay sharp, something I never experience before in my career.

The team collaborates and works well together. I wish we had more opportunities to do business exercises together or work on a specific project. I think we have a great team leader that is helping to put some of the above into practice. I think the team can improve communications on key initiatives.
