1. Building a culture again 2. Driving better planning. Dont even know what our company Mission is anymore or if its the same. 3. Allocate Budget. Encourage Team Building Activities. Lead by Example.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid Vacation without accrual. Many opf us who have been here 6+ years had salary that was OK but well compensated with RSU's or of the like. Now that we dont have that, we have our same salary without the incentives. So, the best part of comp package is the comp?
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
none of us have ever seen each other in person. Not even once a year are we flown to do constructive team planning. Its almost impossible doing proper planning thats beyond the basics with a team all over the world. Bring back budget so we can get to know each other again. We are not robots.
