Everyone is super helpful and friendly and fun to work with. At the same time, everyone is amazing at their job which is inspiring.

I like the fact that they are very approachable in practice and that they hold regular meetings to update the company on high level news. It makes me feel included and important.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly and genuinely cares about how the others in the team are doing. They are also not competitive at al and always great people to chat to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive reinforcement and praise. I was told that there is nothing I can do extremely wrong and that feedback is there for me to get better and that has been true so far. That has made me feel secure.
