So far It has been an amazing experience. I feel respected and appreciated in all aspects by my teammates and colleagues. Lately because of the Argentinian context and the acquisition I'm feeling some compensation update decisions are taken longer than expected.

The market has changed in the last 12 - 18 months and there were no changes in the compensation. I would expect salary to be updated based on market evolution.
