It has gone downhill a bit. Started off loving Medallia, but leadership does little to address ongoing frustrations around compensation and lack of fairness.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries and benefits are lukewarm at best, especially compared to other tech. I also don't believe we'd advanced much in making sure individuals are compensated fairly from an equally lens.
