A truly supportive team working towards shared goals. Everyone is eager to help. There is no sense of ego or internal competition.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is visionary and motivated, but actively engages in a two way dialogue with "boots on the ground" team members to ensure not only are our customers needs being met, but our team member's personal and career needs are being met, too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair and competitive salary/compensation package. Medallia is the first place I've worked where I feel as if they make a conscious effort to ensure their team members are compensated based on the value create, as opposed to the bare minimum the company can get by with paying.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Sense360 team is full of brilliant, motivated, and visionary folks, but what I have found most surprising is the lack of ego within the team. It truly feels - from top to bottom - that everyone on the team is in a constant state of trying to learn from their colleagues.
