I get to work from home, be myself, and grow professionally. Everyone is so excited about everyone's accomplishments too!

That everyone is so nice and willing to share how to do things. Anything you want to know, just ask.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love how insurance benefits are cheap and diverse, they have a 401k that can be self-managed, and the salary is pretty good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is a true leader. She cares about us and wants to make sure we can succeed. My team as a whole has people from all over the US/world and they're amazingly talented! We work as an actual team too!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team holds Zoom calls with employees to where all employees (doesn't matter status) can ask questions. They also use first names to make interactions more personable. It makes it feel like everyone is welcome to the conversation/table. I really like how open communication is.
