What are some of the best things about your team?
Diversity in race, ethnicity, and culture. I love hearing and sharing stories and interests with everyone on the team. Plus everyone is super helpful and down to earth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the compensation based on my experience and location is not comparable to what other companies of similar size are offering. I'm not sure of the method used to determine fair compensation based on region.
