Everyone is so smart! Medallia is filled with smart, caring, fun-loving people who all seem to sincerely love this company and what we are doing here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People across the organization are respected for the role they play in the larger company goals. There aren't "favorites" like there can be at other companies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare benefits (dental and vision included) are very generous. Work-life balance is prioritized across the company, with PTO and mental health days. I feel like my whole person is supported by the company's compensation package.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Executives leading my team have been very interested in my journey here at Medallia - they care about me as a person and are invested in my entire onboarding process to make sure I have the resources I need.
