Like any other company, it all depends on your manager. If you are lucky enough to work with a great manager, experiences would be positive. I loved my previous manager, but not so much the new one.

The team is great. The work is challenging
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More responsibilities for same or less pay (due to inflation). Why would anyone love that?
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Either trust and reward who you have, or kick out the poor performers. Passing contradicting messages, is making things worse
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Unlimited PTO and not just that, the management encourages to keep taking regular time offs. There is a culture of finding issues and working with the teams responsible, and not play a blame game all the time
