Our leaders do more than talk the talk, they actually follow through with the changes they commit to and they continue to explore ways to better support Medallians all over the world, including during real times of turbulence or social injustice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers at Medallia are thoughtful, intelligent, accountable, and supportive. I'm impressed at the hiring standards and the internal expectations. This is not a place for slackers but Medallia does seem to genuinely care about work/life balance and employee wellbeing. This is a great place.
