Although I work with a great manager and great co-workers, ultimately I have little faith in Executive leadership, outside of the CTO.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Addressing compensation as if it were an actual issue, instead of glossing over it in under 2minutes during a 1hr+ long company all hands.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is essentially no stock options for the average employee. The Class A purchase option given was horrible, and there is no real way for a high performing new employee to have access to the other stocks that were granted earlier
