Everyone is so open and collaborative. We are all ultimately working towards the same goal and we find solutions together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
People are always kept front of mind and the leadership team have done an amazing job keeping up with all of the ambiguity and complexity the world thrown at us all. It feels like care and are at least trying their best to support every single employee.
