The company pushes to have an inclusive environment that respects the personal life of each employee. They don't just throw buzzwords like in other places. People here really strive to make a safe, nice, and friendly environment for everyone.
What makes you most happy at work?
Sometimes it's the little (but in any way trivial) technical challenges that came with the position. Others is meeting with co-workers in the office. There are really smart people working here and the lunch talks can get really interesting.
