The commission plan is quite good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People can be their true selves, and coworkers are encouraged to also be friends.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's a bit hit and miss, but on average people are welcoming and happy to help each other. There are diverse backgrounds and genuinely nice people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There have been some changes recently so not sure about new members of the team. In general I find the exec team decent people who care about the business but also important things outside of work.
