I spend more time working one to two levels above my role and my compensation doesn't reflect this and leadership couldn't care less.

It's toxic here. The amout of politics and quality of people management is atrocious. The company does not know what leadership really is.

They need the capacity for empathy. They have zero consideration for how much everyone below them does and what we have to put up with.

My director has created a hostile work environment and I hate coming to work each day to see how she's stabbed me in the back once again.
