I have found the team incredibly helpful. From my management team to my colleagues. They are vested in my success as well as Medallia.

I get to do what I love. Help organizations improve their company's bottom line, and customer experience, and improve their CSAT and NPS scores.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at Medallia, from the C-Suite down, cares about everyone's success and happiness. We are a product of our product, and that is rare. At least in my 17 years of experience.

I love the culture at Medallia. We are a product of our product. I have seen a policy change, and after employees spoke up, the policy was shifted, which showed me that the company cares and is invested in what the employees think.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team walks the walk and talks the talk and is a true reflection of what it means to be a Medallion. The executive team leads by example and is open to feedback. Recently a new process was rolled out, and based on feedback from Medallion's, the process was changed based on feedback.
