Overall the initial onboarding has gone well. I've definitely been challenged but am optimistic about the future outlook and career opportunities/development ahead.

Recently there was restructuring so the executive team is still evolving but overall the messaging has been promising in looking to align strategically and continue to be an industry leader with a clear vision.
