Change the focus from CX advisory to 360 advisory, they have an open door with the signal inputs but don´t care about the potential of the inform
Directors bias about their employees, 0 criticism tolerance, and just want to be on their comfort zone without trying to improve and because of that, is just miserable the experience
Medallia needs to understand their employees and more importantly, if they absorb a company; considering what was the guidance these companies had that drove them to be leaders in their countries/region, and compensate based on that guidelines and not the ones that are "company based"
