Extremely underpaid compared to people with the same title. Managers recognize you're overdue for a promotion but can't/won't do anything to remediate things.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything. This company is a sinking ship. They buy companies to bleed them dry & run them into the ground. I can't wait to get out of here.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Care about your employees. The CEO should stop acting like we're stupid - for example, the "unprecedented" holiday shutdown you've never heard of is a very common thing. I'm confused how you're confused, Joe.
