The appraisals and the benefits across the geographies are widely mismatched. Concept of PPP isn't applied correctly and it leads us to a situation where some geographical locations are in better of position from the net TC value. Likewise opportunities across different departments are not equal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open Communication and exposure to all departments, teams. You can pick-up the work with any team as long as you know the stuff and are adding value to the process. For learning too, there is plenty of room and ample resources [but little dependent on which team you are in]
