The working environment is great and the life-work balance is good. There have been a lot of changes in the last year that have caused a general sentiment of insecurity. The leader's team has not been up for the challenge this represents. Many of my workers feel alienated.

They do notice when someone goes the extra mile and congratulates them. They recognize the effort we make.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a company of feedback and we do apply it to ourselves. Constructive feedback is always given and welcomed.
