I started in the beginning of 2023. I've gone through a CEO, job title change beyond my original scope without any increase in compensation, and are top 10 in quota attainment. Yet, I stay motivated because the people (the team) believes in me. No matter how hard the day goes, we build each other up
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the level of interaction they have with the team, and I feel that I can access them at anytime.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I don't think management knows how much I interact with the team. I provide subject matter expertise almost daily. We have our own meetings to push through hard days.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to the recent re-org, there is a large pay gap that needs to be addressed. My same job is being advertised on Linkedin for 35k more base pay.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team. Even beyond my region, without them, I would not be here. we build upon each other's wins and success. Yes, I'm in sales, and we have high turnover, hard days, and are pressured constantly, but we overcome it together the best we can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to interact with the C-Suite. Any visit to HQ is a literal open invite to talk to any leader, especially sales. Whether it's in passing or in the break room, they will spare a couple minutes to chat. It keeps the sales team motivated to keep driving.
