My team members are very supportive, curious, and thoughtful. I value working with a very diverse team, and I like knowing we can navigate challenges together and have fun together too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We've had a lot of changes in Medallia recently and our executive leadership team has been working hard to create a great culture, instill our organizational values, and create clarity in the business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I greatly value the flexibility to work from home, our quarterly mental health days, and our bonus program. While I am not a parent, we also have a very generous parental leave policy and I see tremendous value in that.
