While I personally have grown here, the level of change in direction and leadership is high. I question the ability to continue to grow with the new normal of major changes every quarter

Getting things done and being appreciated for the work I do
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is decent but the fact I no longer get bonuses is not good
What are some of the best things about your team?
Depends on the team but my immediate team/group is hard working and always wanting to do what is right for the business
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Hard to say, it is still in the process of changing so I can only say I like our interim CEO and his approach but the main leadership team is in flux.
