What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k contributions and match, as well as the gym membership help, as that is awesome to someone who pays for a gym every month
What makes you most happy at work?
learning. working for a company that has its own software is awesome. as well as the opportunities to grow within the company, everyone is very transparent and forthcoming on how to grow your career within medallia
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone seems bought into what medallia actually does. that along with constant additions to new software, to AI integrations or a new policy being rolled out. It seems like no-one is complacent and constantly strives to add to medallia
What are some of the best things about your team?
my donut buddy Alex, during training we didnt really get to see what hands on experience was like, but he offered to hop on a zoom with me and just watch / explain what actually working on an account was like which was awesome.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
from the very start, the leadership team has been very welcoming and understanding , as it takes time to learn the software. Constant 1:1 with my manager helps me stay on track and carve a clear path to do my job. In those 1:1 they are constantly asking if I understand / need more help or support.
