They have no problem on integrating you and getting you involved.

Their attention to each individual person, and the charisma they have, it generates a really comfortable work environment
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and, from the office, the "picada" or "desayuno", I really appreciate these activities where we get to know each other
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of them are really predispose to help anyone who needs, and make sure everything is clear, everyone seems to get along well with each other, and they integrate me as well
