Team is super smart, always ready to help, and has a great sense of camaraderie and humor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promos often come later than they are deserved- exec leaders acknowledge this. That isn't a great experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Although the team has changed a lot, it's clear each member cares a lot and wants to be here.
