The leadership team is more open and accessible than anywhere I've ever worked. Even compared to small companies, they're willing to work in the trenches with you to break down obstacles.

For a large team, everyone is incredibly collaborative and involved with every deal, every step of the way. We have incredible talent that helps build credibility and develop relationships with prospects.

I love that Medallia offers RSU's to its sales team. It makes me feel like the work I do contributes both to the success of the company as well as my own economic future.

Our leadership, starting with our CEO Leslie Stretch, is unmatched in their engagement and empathy toward our workforce. They are hands on and willing to support any employee in our efforts to create better experiences for the customers and employees of our clients. Our culture is unmatched.

I work in the healthcare vertical, and our programs positively impact the lives of patients across the country. Our efforts are incredibly rewarding. It's one thing to help our clients make more money and better support customers, it's another to help healthcare systems drive better health outcomes.
