The culture is honest and open, we're a group of completely different people who aren't afraid to speak our minds or come together to fix a problem that we can honestly admit, is a problem.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are passionate about initiatives for equality and other taboo or otherwise difficult to talk about social subjects, offering a clear view, sticking to it and educating the company around the history and values that these ideals come from.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the culture and the environment is the positivity that the company brings. Medallia acknowledges that the people are their strength and we lean on that for the best teamwork and culture that comes from a place of honesty and open-ness.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently I know there are higher paying roles where they are doing what I am doing, in many cases in a less specialised fashion, but the team, opportunity for progression beyond the near future, work life balance and flexibility outweigh the lack of a very competitive salary for me.
