I have nothing but positive things to share about my time at Medallia. Usually by this point at a company the 'newness' has worn off but I am just as happy now as when I started 1.5 year ago.The only downside is that there is a lot of work and teams are stretched thin so there is a lot of long days.

Honest communication from the top down, willingness to change and invest in hiring diverse employees.

The day-to-day work and the support of my manager and colleagues. Learning new things and constantly being stretched and challenged.

Every works hard and does what they say they will do. There is no room for 'slackers' are those who take a back seat, at Medallia.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are engaged with all members of the organization - not just the top. They truly care about their employees' - both their professional success and personal well being. They are honest and forthright and do what is right.
