My position requires me to work in my second language which is exciting and rewarding.

I feel that I am very much heard and respected, despite being relatively new to the company (4 months in).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have seen a lot of good effort to develop smaller communities of people with similar interests and maintain a healthy work environment (encouraging breaks when needed, valuing diversity, listening to feedback).
