What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is really good at what they do, willing to learn, collaborate and work to develop the service we offer our clients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep us updated and offer great benefits including regular Town Halls with really interesting people to allow wider learning. They are very conscious of time outside work and I feel they value employees as people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are currently home working but in the office there is a very relaxed layout and breakfast & lunch is provided as well as lots of fruit. In lockdown we have had yoga, team quizzes, an online Christmas party escape room and Christmas hamper as examples
