Medallia used to be an amazing company to work for, unfortunately this is no longer the case, bad and toxic management in Europe who are taking poor and unconstructive decisions for people and business

My direct boss by pass me all the time and undermine me in front of my team which make me think that i am totally useless
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management needs to change in Europe! Toxic European leadership with bad decisions for local businesses, this brings / will bring resignation in sales and pre sales team and i am concerned that some customers will churned too!
