My coworkers. I look forward to talking to so many of them and keep in contact with people even if we change teams.

Transparency and empathy. They've managed to push the company forward while still retaining a lot of the friendly and supportive culture we had as a startup.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team always supports each other both professionally and personally. During COVID especially, people were quick to help each other out when the challenges of working and raising families at home came up.
